Clean & Simple Thanks!

I know I have been MIA for a bit, getting some things at home ironed out and getting a routine with my kids as the cheer season has ended and the new season starts has made for some super busy days which has cause not much crafting to get done. Well and this beautiful weather we have had, oh and racing season started, sometimes I wonder how I ever sleep......

Today's card some from a sketch over at Fab Friday 39 & the color inspiration comes from Pals Paper Arts 199. This was a super quick card with very little effort and I will be making in my next beginners class, which is the 3rd Thursday of each month.
Supplies Used: CS: Calypso Coral, So Saffron, Whisper White

Much Need Break

I know I have been MIA for a week.....I took a much needed break as we were getting things in place for our foster daughter. We are very glad to have Daisi with us & she is making huge steps in her life right now.
We also finished our last cheer practice of the season today, our final showcase will be this Saturday! It will be a little bitter sweet as we have a few kids not returning next year, one of them being Daisi, my daughter Kelli will be back at it with only a week break, All-Star Cheer is year round but this next year is going to be amazing as there will be new teams, kids and a new uniform!!!!

Today I wanted to share a few of the specials going on this week. One being the weekly deals that will run until Monday.

Stanpin' UP also has some amazing this on the Clearance Rack

I will be back with some projects tomorrow!

Getting Organized for the New Stampin Up Year!

As I am getting more and more excited for the premier for the 2014-2015 Stampin' Up Catalog on April 28th, I find myself wanting to get a little more organized. I am setting new goals and making lots of notes to myself to help me remember to get things done, I have little sticky notes and pieces of paper everywhere.
I was sitting at my desk looking at the mess and then I started looking around on Pinterest, which I do a little too much and get distracted from my task at hand, but today I found The City Crafters Challenge and decided I needed a cute Notebook for all my notes to go in one place. My Up-lines group is the BZB Stampers.

Yummy Birthday Treats

Happy Tuesday! I don't not have any cards to show today, however we celebrated our adopted daughters birthday today. Miss Daisi turned 17 today! I made mini apple pies for her as she is not a big cake eater just like me :)

Here is a picture of Daisi and my daughter have some good laughs around the fire! It is sure nice to have a fire pit at home!

I will be back tomorrow with some great cards and a Scallop tag box!
